The Equity Lab

The Equity Lab is a nonprofit organization focused on addressing inequities at individual, institutional, and systemic levels. Formerly known as the Fellowship for Race and Equity in Education, it promotes principles of race, equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) inspired by critical race theory. The Equity Lab provides advisory services to guide individuals and institutions in understanding and addressing systemic racism. Their core offerings include Equity Journey Programs, which help organizations navigate a three-phase process to enhance their equity practices. They also foster thought leadership and networking among leaders dedicated to interrupting inequity. Additionally, the organization offers consulting and coaching through a team of experts who support deep engagement with REDI work. With a small team and a network of consultants, The Equity Lab operates remotely across the United States, working towards a fair and just society.
