• Listing content: descriptions, photos, hours, services, languages, offers, and other materials you add to your listing.
• Lead/enquiry data: information submitted through quote requests and AI assistant interactions.
• Payment data: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; we only keep tokens needed to manage subscriptions.
• Usage/device data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.
• Communications: emails, SMS, call records, and call recordings where disclosed.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the directory and provide dashboards, reporting, and add-ons.
• Deliver AI-assisted features via a third-party AI provider grounded in your business data.

4. AI features

With consent or an existing business relationship, we may contact merchants and prospects by email, SMS, or phone, including automated or AI-assisted calls where permitted and disclosed. Every marketing message includes an opt-out, which we honor and record. Recorded calls are disclosed at the start.

Strictly-necessary cookies for login, security, and sessions do not require consent. We also use functional and first-party analytics cookies.
