Terms of Service

1. The service

We operate a business directory and provide listing, SEO, content, and add-on services. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account. Merchants represent that they are authorized to manage the business listed.

3. Free trial and billing

Your trial lasts 14 days. Before you provide payment details, we disclose the exact amount and exact charge date. Unless you cancel before the trial end date, your trial automatically converts to a paid plan and we charge the payment method on file the disclosed amount. There are no hidden fees.

You may cancel any time before the trial ends at no charge via the cancellation link or your dashboard. Cancellation is immediate and as easy as signup. We send reminder(s) before any charge. By starting the trial and providing a payment method, you authorize the disclosed charge unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew as described at purchase, and you can cancel future renewals per plan terms.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in CAD or USD based on location. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Charges appear on your statement as a descriptor referencing WebOnlineBizz / Media Plus Online followed by our phone number. Taxes are added where applicable.

5. Add-ons and AI

Add-ons and AI-assisted features are delivered on a best-efforts basis. Some outputs are AI-generated and subject to review controls. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or outcomes.

For services that publish to third-party platforms such as Facebook or Google, you must connect and authorize the relevant account. You remain responsible for content published on your behalf and can revoke access at any time. AI assistant features answer from your listing data and may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing content associated with your business.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, provide false information, infringe third-party rights, or disrupt or misuse the platform or AI.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not guarantee SEO results or third-party platform availability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate per plan terms. We may suspend access for violations. On termination, listing access may be removed, subject to the Privacy Policy retention terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
