Welcome to WebOnlineBiz. These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and WebOnlineBiz ("we," "our," "us") and govern your access to and use of webonlinebiz.com, our dashboard, and our managed-SEO services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, claiming a listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you're using WebOnlineBiz on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Listings and content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (business information, photos, logos, descriptions, reviews, and other materials, collectively "Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant WebOnlineBiz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
• misrepresent yourself, your business, or your affiliation with any person or entity;
• scrape, copy, or harvest the directory or any data within it except as expressly permitted;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts;
• use the Service to send spam, malware, or any unsolicited communications.

We may, in our discretion, remove listings, edit or reject submissions, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the platform or our users.

5. Paid plans, billing, and refunds

Paid subscriptions to WebOnlineBiz renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis (as selected at checkout) until you cancel. You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Free trials and promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional discount, the specific terms (including duration and what happens at the end of the trial) will be disclosed at sign-up. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your account will convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content we create, is owned by WebOnlineBiz and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose; no other rights are granted.

8. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no guarantee that SEO work will produce specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes — search engines control their own algorithms and results.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBONLINEBIZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WebOnlineBiz harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, or as otherwise required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WebOnlineBiz is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that isn't required to be resolved otherwise by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
