HistoIndex is a medtech company based in Singapore, founded in 2010 as a spin-off from the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). The company specializes in stain-free, AI-driven digital pathology, focusing on fibrosis and cancer diagnosis, drug development, and clinical research. HistoIndex utilizes biophotonics technologies, particularly Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) imaging, to provide automated, stain-free biopsy digitization, offering quantitative insights into tissue morphology.
