Generation Democracy

Generation Democracy is a flagship youth program initiated by the International Republican Institute (IRI). It connects young leaders from over 88 countries, empowering them to engage in policymaking and civic activities. The initiative aims to amplify the voices of youth in decision-making processes, promoting democratic reform and community involvement. The program offers leadership development through training in communication, advocacy, and program management. It also provides networking opportunities for members to collaborate on youth-led activities and events. Additionally, Generation Democracy supports youth-friendly policies and community initiatives, ensuring that young people can actively participate in their communities. The target audience includes young leaders aged 18-35 who are interested in civic engagement and policymaking.
