Silk Security, now part of Armis

Silk Security is a cybersecurity company founded in 2022 and based in Santa Clara, California. The company was established by Yoav Nathaniel, Or Priel, and Bar Katz, who bring extensive security expertise to address challenges in cyber-risk management. In April 2024, Silk Security was acquired by Armis, which aims to enhance its cybersecurity offerings by integrating Silk’s capabilities into Armis Centrix™. The core product, the Silk Platform, consolidates security findings from various tools, automates risk prioritization, and streamlines remediation workflows. Key features include holistic risk analysis that contextualizes vulnerabilities with business impact, bidirectional integrations with existing security tools, and automated prioritization to reduce alert fatigue.
