It is managed by Simon, young restaurateur born and raised in Rome. This restaurant's name was chosen to honor Rosa, his great grandmother. Like most of the women in the family, Rosa had a passion for cooking which was passed on to Simon along with the precious recipes!

Il est géré par Simon, jeune restaurateur né et grandi à Rome. Le nom de ce restaurant a été choisi en l'honneur de Rosa, son arrière-grand-mère. Comme la plupart des femmes de la famille, Rosa avait une passion pour la cuisine, passion et précieuses recettes qui ont été transmises à Simon.
