MindSpark

MindSpark Learning is a nonprofit organization based in Lakewood, CO, dedicated to enhancing teacher professional development and improving education systems. Founded in 2007 and rebranded in 2017, MindSpark has positively impacted over 91,000 educators and 2.73 million students across all 50 U.S. states and 88 countries. The organization collaborates with more than 750 industry and community partners, including notable leaders from the Morgridge Family Foundation and Verizon.

The organization focuses on three main areas: talent development, collective impact, and workforce development. MindSpark revitalizes educators, supports school principals, and helps individuals upskill for modern workforces. Its programs emphasize workforce pathways, wellbeing, innovation, and inclusion, equipping educators to address societal challenges and prepare students for future careers.
