The Dayton Development Coalition (DDC) is a nonprofit economic development organization dedicated to enhancing the economic landscape of the 14-county Dayton Region in southwestern Ohio, which is home to about 1.8 million residents. As a Regional Network Partner of JobsOhio, the DDC focuses on job creation, capital investment, and economic growth through business recruitment, expansion, and retention. The DDC collaborates with local governments, educational institutions, and industry leaders to boost the region's economic competitiveness. It offers services such as business recruitment and expansion support, entrepreneurial assistance through funding opportunities, and advocacy for federal installations like Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The organization also promotes the Dayton Region's strengths, including its skilled workforce and innovation-driven economy, to attract new businesses and investments.
