The Women's Society of Cyberjutsu (WSC) is a non-profit organization based in Northern Virginia, founded in 2012. Its mission is to empower women in the cybersecurity industry through various programs and partnerships that emphasize networking, education, training, mentoring, and resource-sharing. WSC envisions a cyber community where women can thrive and reach their full potential. WSC serves a diverse community, including professionals from cybersecurity, IT, programming, and engineering, as well as individuals interested in these fields. Key initiatives include the Cyberjutsu Girls Academy, which encourages girls to pursue STEM careers, and various networking and educational events that connect members with industry experts.
