WINGSforGrowth is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women leaders through structured mentorship and leadership development initiatives. Founded by Varsha Waishampayan and based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, the organization aims to accelerate women's growth in the workforce by providing essential tools and confidence for leadership roles. The organization offers mentorship programs led by trained mentors, including C-level executives, to enhance leadership skills. WINGSforGrowth also conducts leadership workshops and features a signature program that provides personalized mentoring to help women invest in their development.
