UrtheCast Corp. was a geospatial and geo-analytics company based in Vancouver, Canada, founded in 2010 by former MDA employees. The company specialized in satellite imaging and Earth observation data, providing analytics services primarily for agriculture, forestry, environment, defense, intelligence, and agribusiness markets. UrtheCast aimed to deliver the world's first commercially available continuous high-definition video of Earth from space, utilizing cameras installed on the International Space Station.

The company operated satellites, including Deimos-1 and Deimos-2, and developed the UrtheDaily constellation for capturing daily optical imagery of Earth's landmass. It also offered cloud-based analytics powered by AI and machine learning, enabling customers to track trends and monitor changes. UrtheCast's engineering services included custom solutions and data sales to institutional users. Following financial restructuring, its core assets transitioned to EarthDaily Analytics, which continues to focus on similar markets and services.
