Tool Shed Brewing Company

Tool Shed Brewing Company is a craft brewery located in Calgary, Alberta, founded in 2012 by Graham Sherman and Jeff Orr. The brewery started from their homebrewing efforts in a backyard tool shed and has played a significant role in Alberta's craft beer scene through advocacy and innovation. After overcoming regulatory challenges, Tool Shed became one of the first small breweries in Alberta, operating from a 22,000-square-foot facility in the Franklin Park neighborhood.

The brewery produces a core lineup of four year-round beers: Red Rage Red Ale, Star Cheek IPA, People Skills Cream Ale, and Flat Cap Stout. They also offer seasonal and limited-edition brews, barrel-aged variants, and kombucha. Tool Shed's taproom features a 10-tap bar, a brewery-visible area for events, and a small outdoor patio. While there is no on-site kitchen, they provide light snacks and collaborate with local restaurants and food trucks for events.
