The Center for Educational Partnerships (CEP) is a collaborative initiative within the University of South Carolina’s College of Education. Established in 2013-2014, it consists of ten core education programs aimed at enhancing K-12 education quality across South Carolina. CEP's mission is to connect and elevate education by leveraging partnerships to effectively serve schools, districts, families, and communities. CEP offers high-quality professional learning experiences for educators, families, and communities. Its services include professional development and training for K-12 educators, family engagement initiatives, community outreach programs, policy research, and educational improvement strategies. The center collaborates with key partners to address various aspects of educational improvement and support, ensuring that its programs are data-driven and continuously improved. CEP primarily serves K-12 schools and districts, educators, families, and state education agencies, fostering collaboration and network support to achieve measurable educational outcomes statewide.
