Tech2Step Canada

Tech2Step Canada is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women, gender-diverse professionals, and allies in the tech industry. Founded by five individuals, it has grown into a community of over 350 members. The organization is led by Dr. Khristine Cariño, who advocates for representation and digital equity, particularly for newcomers and underrepresented groups in tech.

Tech2Step offers networking opportunities, mentorship programs, and career development activities designed to help participants succeed in the tech field.
