TEC Canada is a member-based peer advisory organization founded in 1985, dedicated to leadership development and executive coaching for chief executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners across Canada. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, TEC Canada fosters a confidential community that enhances decision-making through collective intelligence, connecting members to a global network of over 45,000 leaders in 35 countries via Vistage.
