Sterling Management, LLC is the advisor to, and is responsible for, managing all matters of two of the largest real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the Upper Midwest. We are a full-service investment firm that uniquely offers high-end comprehensive services all under one roof. The services provided include asset management, accounting, investment management, marketing, investor relations, financial analysis and real estate acquisitions. Between our two trusts, we own properties in seventeen states, primarily through the central corridor of the U.S.
