SheLeadsTechVancouver

SheLeadsTech Vancouver is a regional program under the global SheLeadsTech initiative, launched by the ISACA Vancouver Chapter in 2018. The program is dedicated to increasing the representation and advancement of women in technology leadership and the broader tech workforce. It focuses on engaging women across three key streams: professional women, academic women, and young girls, aiming to build a more diverse and inclusive technology sector.

The program offers various activities, including mentorship and networking opportunities, educational outreach to inspire young girls and students, and events such as panels and workshops. These initiatives help women develop their skills, connect with mentors, and prepare for leadership roles in digital and cybersecurity fields. SheLeadsTech Vancouver also promotes community building through regional meetups and local chapters, fostering supportive environments for women in tech. Additionally, the program provides branded merchandise to promote its mission and create a sense of community among participants.
