Founded in 2019 by Dr. Carla Cupido, the company initially started as a film festival and event series celebrating the female spirit. It has since evolved to focus on helping retailers connect with women in meaningful ways, with co-founders Laura van der Veer and Danielle Leroux bringing expertise in community building and retail consulting.

The company specializes in customized, in-person experiences, offering a variety of events such as in-store workshops, nature walks, sip and mingle gatherings, corporate retreats, and community-based programming. Since 2020, She Summits has hosted hundreds of events, positively impacting nearly 10,000 women. Operating as a bespoke team, She Summits emphasizes building loyalty through purpose and presence, rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach. Their work spans North America, collaborating with brands like adidas, Fjällräven, Athleta, and Kiehl's.
