We are a construction management company based in Vancouver, BC. The company was formed in 2011 by Owner and Company Director, Scott Sheen. With a commitment that extended past building quality homes - Scott wanted to build stronger communities. SCM has grown into a well respected and high-quality builder that is ever evolving. We listen to what our clients want, need and most importantly - expect.
