Peerscale is a Toronto-based peer-to-peer network designed for high-growth tech leaders in Canada, including founders, CEOs, and executives from over 100 growth-stage tech companies. The organization focuses on facilitating confidential peer learning and accountability through structured monthly discussions. Members engage in small groups of 10-12 peers, matched by their company stage and challenges, to share real experiences and insights.
