Omnicart is a SaaS platform and delivery operating system that helps entrepreneurs build and scale on-demand delivery businesses. Founded in 2019 in Vancouver, Canada, it began as DineEasy, a local restaurant delivery service that quickly grew to handle thousands of orders and onboarded around 30 local restaurant clients.

The company focuses on last-mile delivery logistics and offers a core SaaS platform for managing on-demand logistics. Additionally, it provides restaurant management tools to support order handling and operations. Omnicart has received pre-seed funding from First Fund and was later acquired by dlivrd Technologies to enhance its capabilities for complex deliveries.
