About Niagara Small Business Development Center

The Niagara Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is part of a statewide network supported by the Small Business Administration and the State University of New York. Hosted by Niagara County Community College, it serves Niagara, Erie, and Orleans counties. The center's mission is to enhance the quality and growth of small businesses in Western New York, contributing to regional economic stability. The Niagara SBDC provides a variety of services to support small businesses at all stages of development. These include assistance with business plan development, cash flow projections, financial analysis, marketing strategies, and international trade support. The center also offers training programs, certification assistance, and guidance on accessing loan sources. Additionally, it provides resources like business start-up kits and training materials to help entrepreneurs succeed. Since its inception in 1984, the center has assisted over 19,626 businesses, helped invest more than $579 million in the local economy, and contributed to the creation or preservation of nearly 14,000 jobs.
