NexDefense - Global Market Leader for IIoT & ICS/SCADA Cyber Security

NexDefense was an industrial control system (ICS) cybersecurity company founded in 2012 by Derek Harp, Michael Assante, and Mike Sayre, with support from Tom Noonan. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Atlanta Tech Village, NexDefense specialized in IIoT and ICS/SCADA security solutions, focusing on protecting critical infrastructure sectors such as manufacturing, transportation, and logistics. The company's flagship product, Sophia, later rebranded as Integrity, provided real-time network visibility for industrial control systems.
