Nestwave focused on integrating low-power geolocation with terrestrial LTE/5G signals to provide efficient 3D PNT capabilities. The company was acquired by NextNav Inc. on October 31, enhancing NextNav's TerraPoiNT system and expanding its presence in Europe. Nestwave's solutions were designed for IoT modem and digital signal processor vendors, as well as end users, supporting markets such as critical infrastructure, aviation, automotive, and mass-market IoT applications.
