Merit Contractors Association of Manitoba

Merit Contractors Association of Manitoba, known as Merit Manitoba, is the sole organization in Manitoba dedicated to representing open shop contractors. Established in 1994, it supports non-union construction firms of all sizes, serving over 270 member companies and thousands of employees. The association focuses on providing employee benefits, advocacy, training, and career advancement opportunities, all while promoting safety, quality, efficiency, and economy in the construction industry.
