#MEET4IMPACT

#MEET4IMPACT is a non-profit organization established in 2019 by Geneviève Leclerc and Jacques Blanchet. Based in Montreal, it focuses on empowering the business events sector, including associations and conferences, to enhance their positive social impact. The organization aims to transform how the industry plans and measures the societal effects of events, aligning its efforts with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

The organization offers consulting, training, and capacity-building services centered on legacy and impact strategies for business events. Its key methodologies include the #MEET4IMPACT 4-Step Methodology for generating social impact and the BE Impactful Framework for measuring positive outcomes. #MEET4IMPACT has trained over 819 individuals across more than 77 organizations and has developed various tools and resources to support event planners in creating measurable impacts. Recognized for its contributions, it won the Social Impact Award 2023 from the Event Industry Council and has formed strategic partnerships with several organizations to promote sustainability in the events sector.
