League of Champions

The League of Champions (LOC) is a non-profit organization focused on enhancing workplace health and safety in Ontario's construction industry. It aims to inspire leaders to commit to safety through collaboration, education, and recognition. Under the leadership of Executive Director Brian Leech, LOC emphasizes the psychological aspects of safety and fosters a community of safety leaders, including companies, General Contractors (GCs), and front-line trades.

LOC offers various programs and tools to support its members. The Safety Champion Program celebrates strong workplace safety cultures, while the S-CAT® (Safety Culture Assessment Tool) provides insights into safety performance through a validated survey. Membership options include Champion Membership for GCs and trades, which features company recognition, and Patron Membership, which offers administrative support and event invitations. Members benefit from ongoing growth support, media recognition, and networking opportunities at conferences.
