Kivuto Solutions Inc. is a software distribution company founded in 1997, specializing in hosted electronic software delivery and license management solutions for higher education institutions. The company focuses on simplifying the management and distribution of digital resources to students and faculty. Originally established as e-academy, Kivuto expanded into the EMEA education market by 2000 with its eStore platform, enhancing access to educational resources.

Over the years, Kivuto has partnered with major tech companies like VMware, Microsoft, Adobe, and IBM, launching various academic programs. In 2015, it introduced the Kivuto Cloud platform for centralized resource management and the Texidium brand for digital course materials and eTextbooks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kivuto collaborated with Pearson Canada to provide free K-12 resources, supporting remote learning. In February 2023, Kivuto was acquired by Valsoft Corporation, aiming to drive further growth and innovation in the education technology sector.
