Hypercroissance is a business support organization dedicated to helping leaders of high-growth companies achieve significant results. It offers a 9-month customized program focused on executive development for scaleups. This program provides selected startups with access to a network of successful executives and founders, along with customized workshops and financial support. Participants also benefit from connections to potential customers, partners, and investors on both local and global scales.

One of its key initiatives is Hypercroissance Québec, developed in collaboration with Startup Montréal and Apexe Global. This program targets late-stage startups and scaleups, aiming to accelerate their global growth and achieve hypergrowth, defined as annual growth rates of 100% or more. The program helps startups increase revenues, expand teams, enter new markets, and raise funding. Since its launch in June 2022, it has supported multiple cohorts of fast-growing scaleups, backed by significant funding from Desjardins Group and BDC Capital.
