Growth Catalyst

Growth Catalyst is a team-based accelerator program tailored for established mid-sized businesses in Western Canada, specifically those with annual revenues between 7 to 8 figures. The program spans seven months and focuses on helping leadership teams develop actionable strategic growth plans through workshops, peer collaboration, coaching, and execution support. It emphasizes the formation of a Strategic Growth Team (SGT) composed of four key leaders from different functional areas to ensure effective strategy execution.

Participants engage in ten one-day workshops led by thought leaders, evaluate their operations and market position, and receive insights from experienced advisors. The program fosters peer learning and skill-building in strategic thinking and decision-making. Companies that complete the program typically see significant results, including an average revenue increase of over $1 million and the creation of new jobs. Since its inception, Growth Catalyst has supported 95 businesses and 357 leaders, helping them overcome growth challenges and achieve sustained success.
