Groupe Lepine International

Formed in 1991 as a holding company, Groupe Lépine International's role is identify new real estate development opportunities, analyze their viability and organize partnerships for their realization. Within this approach, we often enter into joint ventures with land owners, financial investors and construction companies.

While GLI focuses primarily on residential developments, there are often complimentary components that can include office and retail space or even vacation use.

As of 2016, we are developing a significant residential development in Sint Maarten (formerly part of the Netherlands Antilles) called Indigo Green. This oceanfront community will consist of over 70 high-end villas and condominiums.
