Cyversity is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the cybersecurity industry. Formerly known as the International Consortium of Minority Cybersecurity Professionals (ICMCP), it rebranded in 2021 to better align with its mission of building a diverse cybersecurity workforce. Cyversity aims to address the "cyber divide" by ensuring consistent representation of women, underrepresented communities, and veterans in the field. The organization offers various services and programs, including mentorship, scholarships, workforce development, and community building. These initiatives support individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in advancing their cybersecurity careers. Cyversity also provides career advancement tools, such as resume workshops, to help professionals prepare for leadership roles. With 12 chapters across major U.S. cities, Cyversity is exploring global expansion to further its mission. The organization collaborates with key partners in the cybersecurity sector to enhance its impact and provide valuable resources for diverse talent.
