The Construction Association of Prince Edward Island (CAPEI) is a non-profit trade association established in 1962, originally known as the PEI Builders Exchange. It is dedicated to promoting and advancing the interests of the construction industry in Prince Edward Island. CAPEI represents its members by enhancing industry efficiency and supporting initiatives such as apprenticeship training and workforce development. CAPEI's mission includes advocacy, training, networking, and providing resources to its members. The association hosts various events, including an annual golf tournament and Youth in Trades information sessions.
