CIRKA Distilleries is Québec's first grain-to-bottle microdistillery, established in 2016 by Paul Cirka in Montréal along the historic Lachine Canal. The distillery specializes in handcrafted spirits made from locally sourced grains, fruits, and botanicals, emphasizing authenticity and sustainability. With a focus on quality, the small team manages all aspects of production in-house, from grinding and fermenting to distilling. CIRKA produces a variety of award-winning spirits, including Vodka Terroir, Raspberry Cranberry Vodka, Gin Sauvage, and a selection of small-batch whiskies.
