Canadian Food Focus is a national non-profit organization based in Saskatoon, Canada, established in 2019. It connects consumers with reliable information about food production in Canada, focusing on sustainable agriculture, food literacy, and healthy eating. Originally a program by Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan, it now operates independently, serving as a trusted resource for consumers and food professionals across the country. The organization aims to enhance food literacy from farm to plate by providing engaging content such as articles, videos, infographics, and recipes. It has produced over 800 articles, more than 240 recipes, and nearly 400 YouTube videos, along with various educational courses and tools. Canadian Food Focus actively participates in outreach events and collaborates with influencers to promote understanding of Canadian food systems. Its mission is supported by a diverse range of partners in the agricultural sector, reflecting its commitment to fostering connections between consumers and the food they eat.
