A Lean Community of Practice (COP) is a meeting ground where like minded people can learn, grow, and share their lean understanding. Lean is a process of continuous improvement where we welcome all project participants to help grow our industry. The Calgary COP hosts a free Lean Coffee event on the second Friday of every month, where a group of 40+ people come together to learn and discuss lean topics.
