Broad Clinical Labs (BCL) is a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited clinical laboratory, established in 2013 as a subsidiary of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Located in Burlington, MA, BCL specializes in high-quality genomic testing and multi-omic services that enhance translational research and precision medicine. With over 30 years of expertise from the Broad Institute, BCL has sequenced more than 850,000 whole genomes and processed over 3 million genomic specimens. BCL offers a range of services, including Whole Genome Sequencing, Blended Genome-Exome Sequencing, RNA Sequencing, and Liquid Biopsy, among others. These services are designed to support research, clinical trials, and diagnostics at competitive prices. BCL collaborates with various partners, including the NIH's All of Us Research Program and Roche Sequencing Solutions, to translate genomic insights into meaningful patient outcomes. The lab is recognized for its rapid DNA sequencing capabilities, holding a Guinness World Record for completing whole human genome sequencing in under four hours.
