About

Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT) was a private vocational school in Boulder, Colorado, founded in 1975 and operating until 2013. The college specialized in massage therapy education, offering certificate programs in therapeutic massage and bodywork training. Its curriculum included both Western and Eastern massage techniques, anatomy, physiology, and hands-on clinical experience. BCMT provided educational services through its certificate programs and operated a student clinic that served the local community. This clinic allowed students to perform massage therapy sessions under the supervision of experienced instructors, creating a professional environment appreciated by clients. The college focused on equipping students with the skills needed to succeed in the massage therapy profession. Although BCMT is no longer in operation, its legacy continues through the Boulder School of Massage Therapy, which aims to uphold the standards of integrative therapeutic massage education.
