The Bassett Unified School District Personnel Commission supports the District in providing excellent quality education to our students by upholding the highest employment standards of merit and fairness. We achieve our objective by being efficient, cost effective, harnessing technology, and applying newer methods of conducting business while maintaining an open, honest, and transparent department. What we do: • Recruit and promote based on merit and qualifications • Perform classification and salary studies • Conduct internal and external job analysis and alignment • Validate all examination materials • Serve as an appeal body for all classified employees • Administer CSEA contract, PC Rules and Regulations, and Education Code
