About

All-In Milwaukee (AIM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing college completion rates among high-potential, limited-income students in Milwaukee. The organization aims to foster diverse leadership and drive economic transformation in the city by addressing the low college graduation rates, where only 14-15% of high school graduates earn a degree within six years. AIM provides comprehensive support to ensure students not only enroll in college but also graduate and secure well-paying careers. Their services include negotiating financial aid packages, offering "last-dollar" scholarships, and providing personalized academic and career guidance. AIM connects students with internships and job placements, helping them graduate with minimal or no debt. The organization collaborates with universities, employers, and donors to create sustainable pathways for students, emphasizing career readiness and economic mobility. With a recent grant of $7.4 million, AIM plans to double its annual support to 1,000 students, contributing to a vibrant Milwaukee led by a diverse, skilled workforce.
