The All County Security Agency, Inc. was first established in 1989 by former Howard County Police Officer, Charles Ellenberger. Through his personal experiences as a veteran officer of the Howard County Police Department, Mr. Ellenberger realized firsthand the incumbent need for private security. Maintaining an undying loyalty to Howard County and its residents, All County Security established its corporate offices in Ellicott City, Maryland.
