Margaux is passionately committed to challenging narrow perspectives that limit the potential of disabled and neurodivergent individuals to traditional employment. Our overarching goal is to shatter stigma by showcasing the possibilities of self-employment. Margaux envisions establishing a mentorship program with an integrated grant, nurturing the incubation, development, and realization of ideas from disabled and neurodivergent creators. Upholding the principle of “nothing about us without us,” we recognize that our own community members are best positioned to serve and innovate for us.
