Pharmacy Leaders of Tomorrow (PLoT) is an initiative dedicated to supporting pharmacists in their journey toward leadership and professional success. Co-founded by Gerry Spitzner and Aaron Sihota, PLoT addresses the gap in business knowledge and mentorship that pharmacists often encounter when transitioning from education to the workplace. The initiative emphasizes networking, mentorship, and professional development, particularly for millennial healthcare professionals.
