Food Safety First Inc. is a firm that offers food safety consulting, training and maintenance services of food safety management systems (FSMS). FSF Inc was founded in February 2007 by Oliden Herrera and since then, the firm has worked within a wide variety of sectors, including: Meat processing, RTE deli products, ready meals, dry cured & fermented meats, low acid canned foods, poultry processing, food packaging material, pet food/treat, vegetable oil, animal fat, bakery & cookies, corn meal processing, food storage, seafood processing, beverage/bottling and fruit & vegetables.

The consulting team at FSF Inc. is formed by a multidisciplinary group of individuals with bachelors, engineering, master’s degrees and doctorates in food engineering, food science, and biochemistry. The FSF Inc. team has over 40 years of combined experience consulting in the food-processing field.
