The company utilizes a unique investment model called SAIL (Structured Agreement for Indie Launch), which allows developers to maintain ownership of their intellectual property while balancing investor returns. Funding is linked to market-validation milestones, ensuring that projects align with player demand. In addition to financial support, Blue Ocean Games offers practical services like incorporation assistance, bookkeeping, and mentorship from industry veterans, fostering a collaborative community for indie developers.
