Its mission is to advance Black talent through education, mentorship, and advocacy.

The organization collaborates with educational institutions to offer scholarships and develop programs that support career advancement for Black professionals. It also facilitates discussions among industry stakeholders to identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Key partnerships include collaborations with Hyundai Canada and Georgian College’s Automotive Business School of Canada.
