The Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS) is a national non-profit organization based in Dorval, Quebec, established in 1954. Originally founded as The Canadian Society for the Study of Fertility, it merged with The Canadian Andrology Society in 1982. The CFAS is dedicated to advancing reproductive science and medicine in Canada through leadership, research, and guidance.
The society promotes high standards in Assisted Reproduction and emphasizes safety, effectiveness, ethical practice, innovation, accountability, and continuous quality improvement.
