Education provides a strong foundation, but our story is shaped by experience. Growing up with divorced parents meant moving—a lot. By 21, we had moved 33 times, which gave us two key insights: 1) We became packing pros, and 2) We developed an eye for real estate marketing, recognizing standout signage and branding from an early age.
That early exposure sparked a passion for marketing. By high school, a summer internship with a top 1% Canadian realtor opened our eyes to the industry’s challenges. These professionals were exceptional at what they did, but traditional marketing methods weren’t reaching the next generation of buyers and sellers.
The solution? Digital visibility. By taking their brand online, we saw incredible results: 24 buyer-assisted sales in 90 days, a 99.69% closing ratio, and $13 million in transactions—setting a record for the highest-priced home sold in the area. The expertise was always there; they just needed the right tools to reach the right people.
