Originaire d’une petite ville en Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Marie-Pier a su tôt dans la vie qu’elle voulait contribuer au bien-être des personnes. C’est ainsi qu’elle a quitté la région en 2000 le temps de ses études. En 2008, elle revenait définitivement à Val-d’Or pour réaliser son internat en psychologie organisationnelle et rédiger sa thèse de doctorat. En 2012, elle obtient son diplôme terminal de l’Université de Sherbrooke, son Doctorat en psychologie (D.Ps), profil organisationnel.

Depuis les 15 dernières années, Marie-Pier a gravité dans le monde de la gestion, des ressources humaines et de la psychologie. Ses principales expériences professionnelles sont issues des organisations publiques du monde de la santé et de l’éducation.

Plus récemment, elle s’est lancée comme travailleuse autonome afin d’offrir ses services de psychologue organisationnelle aux entreprises et aux particuliers. Chacune de ses interventions est guidée par ses valeurs d’humanisme, de passion et de sincérité. Authentique et accessible, elle s’attache rapidement à ses clients et se dévoue pour les accompagner dans l’atteinte des objectifs identifiés avec eux.

Membre de deux ordres professionnels, soit l’Ordre des Psychologues du Québec et l’Ordre des Conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec, elle s’assure en tout temps d’agir avec le plus grand respect des codes déontologiques auxquels elle est liée. Soucieuse de bien servir ses clients, de continuellement s’améliorer et être à l’affût des dernières tendances et connaissances, Marie-Pier développe sans cesse ses savoirs, en s’informant et participant à de la formation continue, en réseautant et en s’inspirant des meilleures pratiques.
